New contentious probate solicitor role at firm with a national reputation for high quality private client and contentious probate work.

If you are civil litigator with experience of contentious probate and want to specialise in this area, or if you are already a specialist in contentious probate our client would like to hear from you.

Our client has one of the most highly ranked contentious probate teams in the UK, and acts for more than 500 charities and are ranked y as one of the top three legal advisers to charities in the UK. Clients include individuals and professionals. They advise on the full range of issues that arise in relation to an estate or trust and have a particular specialism in contentious and non- contentious legacy work advising from one-off questions about particular administrations to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. You will also be dealing with challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppels, lifetime gifts and international issues.
