Description

The post holder will assist the administration management team in the co-ordination, organisation, and management of administrative aspects of the Referral & Booking Management Centre.

Responsible for patients referred to the Trust, ensuring the provision of an effective referral and booking process to support several business units and clinical teams.

The successful applicant will be given specific training in all areas and follow an in-house training program that will equip them to become an integral part of the Administration Team.

A flexible and forward-thinking approach is needed to ensure the department meets the challenges of the constantly developing healthcare environment, with a focus on digital ways of working.
