Are you a Senior Block Manager looking for a new challenge with a small, rapidly growing business? Our client that is going from strength to strength is looking for a Senior candidate to manage a new, high-end portfolio in the Acton area.

You will have huge autonomy as you step into this company that is at a pivotal point in its growth.

You will have the opportunity to put your ideas in to how they drive business forward and have the scope to potentially lead a future team.

This role will be suitable for a tenacious individual who likes a challenge and to think outside of the box.

Management of your portfolio, including regular site inspectionsSet and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accountsLiaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapportOversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to workEnsure your portfolio is continuously compliant and up to date with relevant leasehold legalities and fire regulationsYou will have experience of overseeing a complex portfolio and be able to stand on your own two feet within a pressured environment.

You will have the drive to complete all market leading qualifications and will have support with the sponsorship of them.

You will be able to work well within a team and autonomously. Using your initiative to think outside the box and be forward thinking.
