    Description

    We have partnered with a mid-market boutique advisory firm located in Manchester in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Executive / Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.

    As a M&A Executive / Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to senior colleagues to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
    • Helping draft Information Memorandums.
    • Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations.
    • Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
    • Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
    • 1-3 years post-qualified M&A experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
