Description
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with product information and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and communication skills
