  • You will assist other Project Managers in their day-to-day activities to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • You will guide a small team of resources to deliver projects on schedule, cost and quality
  • You will ensure the team complies with SE Project Management processes
  • You will assist with problem solving within your team on how to mitigate project challenges as they arise
  • You will mentor and coach a small team of resources to help them become better Project Managers, Project Manager Support Personnel and support Project Managers to improve the overall execution of projects
  • You will execute and manage complex projects to continue to improve project management skills and support critical business needs

  • As a Project Execution Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to take part in and contribute to the larger execution view and how this contributes to AGT's bottom line
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
  • Prior experience as a PM within the Siemens Services M&U business or equivalent
  • Industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMP, IPMA
  • Manage simple to highly complex projects.
  • Expand leadership skills by leading different groups and team members to deliver projects successfully.
