Job Description

The Intern will work on the origination and facilitation of M&A deals for clients, gaining exposure across both the Recruitment & Logistics sectors.

Key Duties;

Mapping & researching markets relevant to a client's acquisition criteria.

Highlighting potential targets & shareholders and assessing their fit for the client

Preparing M&A prospect reports highlighting key characteristics

Leading the outreach to prospective targets, supporting the lead advisor throughout

Support deal team with research and meeting preparation

Meeting prospective clients / business owners

Maintaining databases to support overall business performance

Involvement in various aspects of a transaction, with extensive interaction with clients

Prepare and regularly deliver insightful content for our readership on social media and company website
