Bank Deputy Shop Manager - Leeds, United Kingdom - St Gemma's Hospice
Description
We are looking to strengthen our Deputy Shop Manager team to help cover annual leave, sickness and occasional days on a casual "as and when required" basis, sometimes at fairly short notice.Responsibilities will include managing a team of dedicated volunteers, stock donations and the day to day running of a busy St Gemma's charity shop to achieve sales targets.
Retail experience and management/supervisory experience of staff and/or volunteers is essential as are good communication skills and experience of dealing with the public.
