M&E Project Manager - ENG, United Kingdom - Fawkes & Reece (North)

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a global market leader in providing sustainable energy solutions.

This role will involve managing both public and private Urban Energy projects in the midlands and Northern regions (including Scotland), valuing of these construction projects can range from £2.5M to £25M.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil project activities
Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Planners, and QS/Legal teams
Manage the timely production of O&M manuals with Principle Designer
Where applicable, carry out the Principle Contractor position
Responsible for the quality of the delivery and final installation


Requirements:
Ideally utilities installation experience
Experience delivering multi-million pound M&E projects
Managed multi-disciplinary teams
HNC/Degree certification in mechanical or electrical discipline
SMSTS Qualified
This will involve spending 3/4 days per week away at site, the rest is home-based
