As part of our dynamic Building Services team, we're seeking a Senior Service Coordinator to play a pivotal role in overseeing our customer service operations, driving team performance to new heights.

Reporting into and supporting the Building Services Director, you'll be an integral part of our divisional management team, working alongside Mechanical & Electrical services managers to navigate our period of rapid growth and seize new opportunities.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance, reactive, planned, and small project works, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Serving as the escalation point for customer queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Reviewing engineer job information to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for client needs.
  • Collaborating with Mechanical & Electrical managers to optimize engineering utilization, working practices, and billable time.
  • Monitoring and exceeding customer service KPIs, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and staff development programs in collaboration with HR.
  • Maintaining clear communication channels and acting professionally at all times.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and provide clear direction to your team.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in managing directly and indirectly employed engineers.
  • Full IT literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial and financial acumen to drive business success.


While experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, or Commercial Property, familiarity with the Simpro system, and holding a full clean driving license are advantageous, they're not essential.


Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
