Futures Recruitment Services are working with a local client on the outskirts of Chichester who are recruiting for a Claims Handler to join their small, but busy team.

Experience in Claims Handling is not required, all you need is a great, proven customerservice background, and not being afraid to use the telephone

Paying £22,000 per annum, this role is offered as a full-time, permanent position.

Due to the location, it is essential that you have your own transport.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Work within the frontend claims team.
  • Data entry into our database, ensure all data recorded is accurate

Duties:

To handle the claims, duties include the following

  • Confirming claim validation, liability and indemnity.
  • Instructing engineers, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors
  • Arranging credit hire
  • Appointing solicitors to cater for any personal injury claims
  • Assist our debt recovery department if necessary.
  • Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards

Hours of work:


  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 40 hours per week
