Description

Our client's global Private Equity practice is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic in Europe. It has been repeatedly recognised as market-leading by Chambers UK, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, Legal 500 EMEA and IFLR1000.

The new hire will focus their time on Private Equity transactions in UK, Europe and globally. You will have between 6 months to 1 year's (September 2023 to March 2024) relevant post qualification experience, acquired from a top tier PE practice.

The successful candidate will have trained and been retained at a top tier Private Equity practice, and will have had exposure to the PE team during their training contract. Experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected. The team is looking for a candidate who is both eager and able to take on a high degree of responsibility and autonomy within a fast-paced environment.
