Finance Business Partner

Lanarkshire

Salary up to £50K (DOE) + £6k car allowance

Lusona Consultancy are delighted to be retained by a well-established, award-winning construction company, to source suitable applicants for the post of 'Finance Business Partner' based in Lanarkshire.

Specialising in delivering civil engineering projects, with a specific focus on the railways, this is a newly created role, reporting into the Head of Finance, where your main responsibilities will include:

Gathering key information to provide report to the Senior Management Team
Building and maintaining relationships with operational and commercial teams
Reviewing overhead costs and ensure that key financial deadlines are met
Coordinating the cash management process
Collaborating with finance colleagues to develop existing and new financial reports
Preparing annual budgets and forecasts for specific areas of the business and liaising with nonfinancial stakeholders to do so.
Supporting the production of the management accounts, as well as completing balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain governance and enhancing controls across the departments.
Providing support to ad hoc projects as and when required.

Our client offers an excellent overall package, including the option to select a company car or annual car allowance to the value of £6,660 per year.

In addition, hybrid working is on offer, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, as well as flexible working arrangements.
