Job Purpose
To support the team with all aspects of administration and to ensure compliance with company business controls.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Customer Focused

  • PC literate (Advanced MS Word & Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Experience of working in a pressurised environment
  • Capable of working alone or in a team structure
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task

Key Results Areas

  • Assist procurement team in all administration duties. Filing, typing etc.
  • Monitor and respond to daily tasks and reports from tracker.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company business controls policies.
  • Non stock and stock purchasing if required
  • Project administration where required
  • Report writing
  • Excel analysis from raw data
  • Potential use of Power BI
  • Any other reasonable duty as defined by the company.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
