Job Purpose
To drive Customer Stock availability at lowest cost to serve across the network. Develop and embed volume forecasting processes across the business. Flow product from all sourcing regions to the UK network balanced to demand. Drive product availability in the Central DC network and locally across the branches for the faster moving products. Minimise Inter Branch Transfers.

Qualifications required

5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

Supply Chain experience in a multisite operation.
Inventory optimization, SKU level segmentation and balancing stock cover and availability.
Volume forecasting and flow of material to MOQ and lead times.
Customer Focused
Problem solving ability relating to customer service
PC literate (MS Word & Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent administration skills
Experience of working in a pressurised environment
Capable of working alone or in a team structure
Keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Key Results Areas

Develop and embed a volume forecasting process, involving all areas of the business.
Stock availability and depth of product in the Central network from all offshore sourcing regions.
Ranging accuracy for customer demand of fast

- moving product at branches and availability of product against it. Improve the ranging process to be dynamic and customer focussed. Improve stock availability closest to the customer and improve the customer proposition.

Inventory holding across the Central and Branch networks, driving down working capital.
Inventory health profiles across the network drive availability of fastmoving product and create an efficient process to manage the tail.
Minimise Inter Branch Transfers through Right First-Time approach to stock placement.
Manage Database, Imports and Central Procurement functions
Ensure all products CE marked are UKCA marked.
All supplier COSHH data is stored for branches to utilise.
Ensure all EUTR's are updated from suppliers
Analyse data for projects
Writing the stocking policy of IDS
Manage supplier rebates
Ensure procurement team up are trained to carry out all duties within the team.
Creating and actioned depot stock cleanses
Supporting & generating the supplier performance with root cause analysis.
Support for Main Board and Management team.
