- Working with the other site-based engineers you will undertake Planned and Reactive maintenance on site to ensure compliance within specification, PPM schedules and procedures.
- Ensure standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and environmental systems on site.
- To achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose minor faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises.
- Maintain accurate site records / documentation in association with all sites works undertaken.
- Experience maintaining commercial sites previously is essential.
- Qualifications within Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Heating are essential.
- Legionella Awareness is essential.
- Working knowledge of M&E services I.E. LTHW, BMS, Air handling units, fan coil units, heating and ventilation, pumps, calorifiers CWS and HWS systems.
- 40 hours per week based on 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 08.00am & 4.00pm.
