As a Barclays Programmatic Recruitment Lead, you will have an exciting opportunity to report directly to the Global Head of Programmatic Recruitment.
For this role, you will be accountable for supporting and managing key strategic projects and initiatives that span programmatic recruitment - including but not limited to Interns, Graduate and Apprentices.

What will you be doing?
- Partnering with Global Head of Programmatic Recruitment to support and manage multiple key projects and initiatives linked to Programmatic Recruitment
- Partnering closely with the Recruitment Operations Team Lead to ensure successful delivery of each recruitment campaign
- Supporting delivery of diversity initiatives to help support Barclays Diversity and Inclusion efforts
- Using data and insights to support with data led decision making; and continued efforts to evaluate ROI on events and use information to inform future decisions/recommendations
- Searching for ways to do things better and identify opportunity for continual improvement
- Using internal & external data insights to support building the strategy for Programmatic Recruitment delivery including selecting external partners, diversity initiatives, events
What we're looking for:
- Excellent Internal Business Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to build relationships and develop partnerships with external partner organisations that support Barclays strategic direction
- Close partnering with Operational Recruitment Lead, Recruiters, and global colleagues
- Confident and clear communication skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Excellent Excel skills, coupled with the ability to review and analyse data to produce information and insights
