- Ensuring the delivery of the building services across three Cheltenham locations, interfacing with contractors and customers to ensure all service standards are met or exceeded
- Ensuring plant and equipment operates efficiently and effectively to deliver required services, working environments and energy efficiency
- Ensuring statutory maintenance is carried out, recorded and complies with legal requirements
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business to review requirements and ensure service delivery quality
- Planned preventative maintenance programmes, ensuring they are in place for building services where required
- Delivering projects on time and that they are ran safely and in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
- Proven experience in a similar roles covering many aspects of building services
- Using and fault finding on BMS and control systems
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be electrically qualified and experienced
- Possess an understanding of heating and ventilation systems
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Show a desire to work with high attention to detail and adhere to standards
- Take an analytical approach to understanding issues and implementing appropriate solutions
