    Job Title: FM Building Services Engineer

    Role Overview:

    The successful candidate will assist the FM Building Services Manager in the effective maintenance and operation of the Spirax Sarco Cheltenham Building Services within theCheltenham premises. Ensuring continuity of operations, keeping standards in line with corporate requirements and meeting all statutory and risk requirements.

    Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...

  • Ensuring the delivery of the building services across three Cheltenham locations, interfacing with contractors and customers to ensure all service standards are met or exceeded
  • Ensuring plant and equipment operates efficiently and effectively to deliver required services, working environments and energy efficiency
  • Ensuring statutory maintenance is carried out, recorded and complies with legal requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business to review requirements and ensure service delivery quality
  • Planned preventative maintenance programmes, ensuring they are in place for building services where required
  • Delivering projects on time and that they are ran safely and in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
  • Your previous experience is likely to include....

  • Proven experience in a similar roles covering many aspects of building services
  • Using and fault finding on BMS and control systems
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • To be successful in this role you will...

  • Be electrically qualified and experienced
  • Possess an understanding of heating and ventilation systems
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Show a desire to work with high attention to detail and adhere to standards
