Production Supervisor, Days, Rostrevor - £35k+ We are working with a successful, locally owned manufacturer to recruit for their new Production Supervisor, a day shift role paying c £35k + benefits.

Reporting into senior management you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the production team and ensuring production and quality targets are achieved, this will include; Leading the production process i.e.

production procedures, process disciplines and the day-to-day control and management of all team members under their charge Effectively, controlling, organising and delegating all tasks in line with agreed production schedules to achieve quality and output targets Ensure that Health and Safety rules are applied and adhered to flagging any issues that may be a breach of our policies and procedures Training & development of team members Provide technical supervision and guidance to ensure production targets are met What we are looking for 2 years team lead / supervisory experience within a similar role Health & safety experienced, training in H&S is desirable Strong leadership skills Improvements focused Skills: Production schedules Production line Factory Management
