Training Manager
Hybrid/Remote with UK Travel

An excellent opportunity for a Training Manager to join one of the leading global professional membership bodies in the science, engineering, and technology sectors.

The Training Manager focusses on the development of our current and future membership pipeline.

The Training Manager reports directly to the Director of Membership & Professional Standards working closely with the wider Membership Team.

Supporting affiliated local societies and the conference team with membership outreach activity
Advising individual candidates on routes to membership through face to face and online clinics
Maintaining and delivering workshop content for candidates preparing to sit professional review
Developing the mentor community
Providing support to boards and committees including secretariat duties for the student and early career committee
Supporting the accreditation of University courses and company training schemes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering
Ability to work flexibly to accommodate evening meetings
Ability to travel across the country either by public transport or own vehicle
Excellent communication and project management skills
Administration and IT skills including setting up and hosting online content
Ability to work flexibly to accommodate evening meetings
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
Commercial awareness
