- Offer technical advice and guidance on IT hardware and software.
- Conduct periodic reviews of helpdesk issues to identify trends and root causes, contributing to departmental training reviews.
- Ensure all IT equipment and commercial software are suitable for office use and users are proficient in their use.
- Procure and implement new systems and services as needed, collaborating with internal partners and third-party vendors.
- Assist IT Manager in maintaining corporate applications, servers, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure security.
