You will create and build trusted relationships with customers and site contacts throughout the life cycle of a customers journey with the business.
You will be a key point of customer, developing a culture of customer satisfaction in a timely, proactive and thorough manner.
Ensuring to operate within strict FCA and other relevant regulations. You will handle all technical queries, questions and progress updates from inception to completion. This is a varied customer focussed role involving both internal and external contacts.Experience you need
