Control Room Administrator

Salary:
up to £32,000 annum plus Veolia benefits


Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30


Location:
Southwark, SE15 1AL

What will you be doing?

  • Produce and monitor statistics to identify patterns and trends within the contract.
  • Provide information to the management team to support the effective delivery of the collection services.
  • Investigate and respond quickly and efficiently to any issues or complaints.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
  • Assist local authority officers with investigations and feedback on specific issues.
  • Use the Echo system and other software to manage contract activities and workload for operational staff.

What are we looking for?

  • Communication Skills
  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Google And Microsoft Literate with a good working knowledge of Google sheets (Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
