    Are you an Audit & Accounts Senior looking for that next step up, working as part of a forward-thinking accountancy practice?

    Or are you an at Manager-level wanting a new challenge as part of a team that rewards hard work and dedicated to delivering excellence?

    If so, this Audit & Accounts Manager job in London could be the right opportunity for you.

    You'll be ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with an all-encompassing skillset across audit and accounts management. You'll also be detail focused and technically minded, with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills will be essential, and you'll have proven experience of overseeing and mentoring a team.

    This opportunity will suit someone who is eager to work within a varied role, delivering high quality work to a significant client portfolio.

    A passion for building trusted client relationships is essential.

    We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, naturally inspiring a team, setting an example for junior staff, and confidently working as part of the management team.

    Job Purpose
    Manage the delivery of accounts, confidently using software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
    Prepare financial statements to completion, including taking responsibility for on-site audit team where necessary.
    Prepare corporate tax computations.
    Oversee junior team members, reviewing working and providing constructive mentorship.
    Liaise with clients and third parties, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
    Oversee accounts and audit jobs, assisting junior staff where required.
    Confidently network and undertake business development activities.
    Support the senior management team with ad hoc duties as needed.

    The Successful Applicant
    ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with experience across audit and accounts.
    Strong working knowledge of accounting software.

    Excellent communication skills.
    Good time management and punctual.
    Ability to motivate a team, providing support and advice.
