A top 200 law firm are recruiting for a senior solicitor/conveyancer to join their residential property team in Surrey.

The firm is one of the most highly-regarded in the South and holds both Lexcel and silver Investors in People accreditation.

The firmhas also been awarded Law Firm of the Year at the Surrey Law Society Awards.


The role will see you working on a variety of residential property/conveyancing work, and experience of working on new builds would be an advantage.

The role is considerably client-facing whilst also requiring you to help in the supervising/training of juniormembers of the team.

You will be involved in the business development of the department and so strong business acumen would be an advantage.


To be successful, you will ideally:

  • Have been well trained by a reputable firm.
  • Be commercially aware and have strong attention to detail.
  • Have strong leadership skills while working well as part of a team.
This is an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running in a management role.
