Operations Standards Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the comprehensive training programmes required for all the diverse teams in the

Operations Control Centre (OCC) successfully deliver the company and regulatory standards required for
-
compliant operations and VIP customer service.
-
This is a full-time role working a Monday-Friday, however as the role supports the Operations Control Centre, which operates 365 days a year, occasional working outside of normal office days and hours may be required.

standards required of them, providing the necessary coaching to improve areas of weakness, whilst enjoying a rewarding journey of personal development that promotes a long and

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?

VIP customer service. Ideally, we would also like someone with experience in coaching and assessment in an operational environment.
