• Develop and lead management systems, involving planning and monitoring the delivery of all operational projects and programmes, integrating responsive actions and identifying necessary changes and decisions.

• Measure, track and improve service delivery through the consistent use of existing, or new systems.
• Build valuable relationships with external stakeholders and improve the commerciality of the business by implementing and developing innovative ideas and strategies
• Must be visible in the services and lead from the from the front

The Candidate / Requirements

• Currently working as a Commercial Manager / Director within a social care provider, evidencing your ability to work within a business that operate a portfolio of care services
• You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and will be able to identify opportunities that the business will be able to utilise.
• You will be a passionate, motivated and an ambitious advocate for people, positive culture and growth.
• You will be hands-on; have extensive commerical experience; a demonstrable track record of measurable organisational improvement; and an understanding of how a successful care provider should operate.
• The successful candidate will be someone who can drive performance and continually striving for excellence.
• You will have a good commercial understanding of the business and will be able to support the quality team with the operational day to day workings, as well as identify growth areas that can propel the business to be even more successful than it already is.
• Educated to degree level
• Current Commercial Directors, Commercial Managers, Head of Performance, Head of Strategy and Growth within the private sector may apply

Location
This role is based in North of England. The ideal candidate will reside in: Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Cheshire
