Salary £23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience, with with an OTE of £28,000-£31,000 plus, (Profit percentage, service plans and up-sale bonuses).

Service Advisor (Lexus Care Consultant) at our
Lexus Dealership in Swindon.

Highlights of this role include;

  • Ensuring that we provide the highest level of after sales customer care and satisfaction at all times, giving the customer the best possible experience.
  • Talking and listening to customers to build rapport and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Using a good understanding of the customer's needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs.
  • Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly.
  • Introducing the customer to the appropriate technician to discuss details of the work that is required, where this will add value for both the customer and the dealership.
  • Scheduling work to meet customer requirements, taking into account workshop utilisation targets, job complexity and parts availability.
  • Encouraging the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products and/or services.
  • Working with colleagues and other team members across the centre to provide a seamless service to customers (e.g. by informally observing and responding to the needs of customers who are not being attended to by other members of staff).
  • Ensuring that each service or repair is followed up with a personal call to check that the customer was happy with the service provided.

Hours of working are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with an hour unpaid lunch break.
