    We have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Manager to join ourteam at HMP Kirkham, a category D Prison located in Kirkham, Lancashire.

    Hours

    The site currently offers a week day administration service and shifts are:

    Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm.

    Salary

    This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of 30, ,175 per annum - depending on experience.

    Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

    Main duties of the job

    As the Administration Manager, you will responsible for:

  • Working as part of the healthcare team to ensure provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site.
  • Leading the Administration Team in all managerial functions, including HR, training, competency and efficiency.
  • Ensure effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/ ineffective use of clinics; all referrals are managed efficiently and all date is available and up to date at all times.
  • Support the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints.
  • Support the performance lead in the collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and produce reports when required.

    The successful candidate will have an NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience, as well as the ability to thrive when working to tight deadlines. Experience with diary management and maintenance of databases and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous, as well as the ability to prioritise workload /ability to delegate appropriately.
