    Assistant HR Business Partner RequiredWe are delighted to be partnering with a leading Coventry based Public Sector organisation, as they look to recruit a new Assistant HR Business Partner to join their best in class HR department.

    Based in the Coventry City Centre, this role would provide you the opportunity to join a thriving organisation, presenting you with excellent development opportunities.

    This role is able to offer a highly flexible working model, with the successful candidate required to commute to the offices 1-2 days per week (or more when essential), and work a 37.5 hours weekly on a permanent basis.


    Responsibilities:

    Design and deliver formal training programmes on a range of HR issues to improve to improve the capability of line managers, evaluating the effectiveness of training delivered and making recommendations for improvementCoach and guide Managers on specific issues, e.g.

    conduct, absence management, discipline or grievanceResponsible for the delivery of HR bite-size training and new manager trainingDeal with issues relating to termination of employment, particularly where there are issues around capability and minimize the distressSupport with the management and implementation of organisational changeSupport the recruitment of colleagues, demonstrating a full understanding of the process, including bank staff, interims, fixed term and secondmentsRequirements: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience working in a unionised environmentViably commute to Coventry a minimum of 2 days per weekExperience working in highly complex organisationsIf you could be interested in finding out more and progressing with your application, please do get in touch -
