    About the Role:

    In this dynamic partnership, you will play a critical role in establishing and growing a thriving advisory firm focused on the pharmaceutical/life science industry. Working alongside a renowned industry strategy expert, you will be responsible for:

    • Strategic Planning & Growth: Partnering with the expert to develop a comprehensive business plan, identifying target markets, and defining service offerings.
    • Client Development & Relationship Management: Building strong client relationships, actively pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client engagements.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Proposal Development & Communication: Collaborating on crafting compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition to potential clients.
    • Business Operations & Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing financials, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Proven track record of success in business development, client management, or a related field within the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
    • At least 8 years of strategy/industry experience, ideally at a director or partner level
