What You'll Do:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Runner (Production) to join our IMG Studios team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to offer first level client care throughout IMG Studios and comprehensive administrative support to the Production Services team.


Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Supporting the Production Services team with administrative tasks including creating bookings, purchase orders, entering data in freelance booking system (Fieldglass) checking resource clashes and additional requests.
  • Taking receipt of stock deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes;
  • Ensuring all areas of IMG Studios are kept clean and tidy and reporting any problems or faults with fixtures or fittings to the Office Admin team and Lead Production Services Manager;
  • Clearing edit suites at the end of each booking and ensuring barcoded media is returned to the library and any other edit materials are returned to clients;
  • Checking Viewing Desks daily, ensure they are clean and tidy and ready for bookings. Liaising with Library regarding delivery / collection of media to / from this area,
  • Preparing Green Rooms and Dressing Rooms for Studios clients
  • Carrying out general tasks to assist productions and IMG Studios teams as required by any staff member or client;
  • Working with the Lead Production Services Manager to develop a personalized training programme with a view to career development in a technical/operational role at IMG.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, freelance operators and staff and maintain a helpful, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.

Please note:

  • Flexibility with shift times / hours as required by the Lead Production Services Manager (adequate notice will be given)
  • Working over bank holidays and weekends. IMG Studios operates 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
  • Working remotely and onsite when required.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience in a client facing role and understanding of good customer service
  • IT Skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client support skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy, discretion)
  • Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure;
  • Excellent time management reliable and punctual;
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) showing initiative;
  • Positive, professional, and keen approach to work
  • Excellent working under pressure.
