FTE and working pattern: 1 FTE (Part-time and job-share arrangements will be considered for this role)
The appointment will be made at either GR6 or GR7 level depending on the skills and experience of the preferred candidate.
An experienced Electronics Technician is needed to provide design, construction, and fabrication support in the production and maintenance of specialized bespoke laboratory equipment for the Institute of GeoEnergy Engineering (IGE) within the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure, and Society.
The successful candidate will work in research laboratories and a technical workshop handling a wide range of electronic test, signal transfer, and data acquisition equipment.
