What does a Vehicle Enforcement Clamping Officer do?

A vehicle enforcement officer is responsible for locating and enforcing untaxed and sorn vehicles and vehicles of interest in and around Manchester, completing relevant paperwork for vehicles enforced.

Main duties include:

• Radio communication to colleagues daily.
• Organise resources to attend vehicles for enforcement.
• Work as part of a team, communicating with other Vehicle Enforcement Officers to ensure the resources are effectively allocated.
• Assisting customers face to face, mainly regarding vehicle issues.
• Ensuring quality customer service is always delivered.
• Providing a high level of service for the Client.
