We've partnered with a Higher Education institution based in London, in their searching for a Resourcing Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join this organisation during a unique period of change and transformation.

The role is full time, permanent and offering hybrid working, 3 days based onsite, in their offices in London.

Working alongside the Recruitment Manager, this role is pivotal in the continuous development of internal recruitment strategies and managing recruitment campaigns across a diverse variety of positions.

Aiding in the ongoing enhancement of the recruitment service and tracking its performance
Experience in leading and overseeing projects
