- Responsible for creating and developing long standing Client relationships
- Providing extensive and detailed client support ensuring exceptional service
- Proactively identifying areas of enhancement of service and executing them
- Delivering a service plan coupled with annual timetable visits tailored to meet the clients needs
- Attending both internal and external meetings covering reviews, budgets and divisional progression
- Working with the Director's to support and implement expanded service opportunities, risk managements and insurance objectives of clients across your team
- Managing renewal income to a minimum of budgeted levels and in-line with team objectives
- Providing support and advice for major losses
- 3 + years of experience within Construction Instruction
- Experience of providing first class client service and advocacy with regards to the UK Construction risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills cultivating in positive and effective working relationships
- CII qualification preferred but not essential
