National Account Manager
Based: Hybrid - WFH, With Team Office Days once a week and / or Customer Meeting Travel UK, (plus EU and International Potential Travel opportunities)
Salary: up to £65K per annum DOE plus performance bonus and car allowance
Our client, a growing international company, is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join one of their growing product divisions.
You will have entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to succeed and be able to build relationships with their customers. You'll develop existing accounts and look for new business to add to their already prestigious portfolio. You will plan and oversee all aspects of the projects and meet the desired goals. You will oversee the organisation and scheduling of people, tasks and resources.
As part of your role you will develop the sector product team to ensure all members of the team are upskilled in the product skill matrix in order to support the commercial function to hit budget. You will identify gaps in the existing skillset, train and mentor team members to support their growth and value to the team.
