- Build, develop and grow relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach to fully understand the client's requirements.
- Be proactive by researching and generating sales opportunities through business development.

- Ideally you will have Energy Broker experience. However, those with a good B2B sales background will also be considered.
- Have experience using consultative sales and working towards KPI's.
- Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Due to continued growth a major energy brokerage are seeking Trainee Sales Executive's to join their team in Birkenhead. The main responsibilities of the role are to retain and acquire a strong client base through sales and excellent service to meet and exceed targets and ultimately, increase the profitability of the business. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. On offer is a basic salary of £28,000 plus commission (£45,000 OTE).
