My client a recruitment firm specialising in the Legal Recruitment sector.


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on financial services, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with leading organisations in the sector, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service.


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the financial services sector, including banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and fintech startups.

Understand their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Specialised Recruitment Solutions:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies within the financial services sector.

Offer innovative recruitment solutions to address unique hiring challenges and drive business success.

Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services industry. Expand the client base through targeted marketing efforts, networking events, and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.

Market Insights and Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the financial services sector. Provide valuable market insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.


Qualifications and Experience:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or able to demonstrate a strong billing history, with a focus on the financial services industry.

Proven track record of success in recruiting for roles within banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech.

Strong understanding of financial services regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

£38,474.82-£55,000.00 per year
