    Description

    Are you seeking a fresh challenge in a thriving local enterprise? We are on the lookout for a Sales Support Executive to join our team at OE Electrics.

    OE Electrics specializes in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge technology, ensuring that our products are not only high-quality but also cater to your device-charging needs.

    This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, with comprehensive training provided.


    Overall purpose of this role:

    To play an active role in the Sales Support department by overseeing the complete customer sales process from initial inquiry to order confirmation, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all requirements.

    Offering administrative assistance to both Internal and External Sales teams to foster customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.


    Main responsibilities:

    1. Serve as a primary point of contact within the company for the entire customer sales journey, supporting the broader Sales Support Department, Internal and External Sales Teams.

    2. Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the organization and provide assistance as needed.

    3. Maintain communication in line with company standards, building and sustaining valuable relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.

    4. Demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner, managing calls related to customer sales or directing them to the appropriate team member, taking precise messages, and ensuring they reach the intended recipient if unavailable.

    5. Engage with customers via phone, email, or other channels to accurately determine product requirements, offer solutions, and provide pricing that aligns with customer needs and budget.

    6. Prepare and follow up on quotations, process customer orders using established procedures and systems, and ensure information accuracy at all times.

    7. Track order progress to ensure all customer needs are met, discussing and confirming any necessary changes with the Production Manager, Account Manager, and Customer promptly.

    8. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, putting customer needs at the forefront of all tasks to enhance their overall experience.

    9. Possess a comprehensive understanding of business systems used, such as SAP, CRM, and OE One.

    10. Acquire in-depth product knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively, including a solid grasp of BS regulations, Dangerous Goods Handling, and other relevant requirements, knowing when to escalate queries for expert assistance.

    11. Familiarize yourself with International trade standards, including HS Codes, Rules of Origin, and necessary Commercial Documentation for International transactions.

    12. Develop expertise in departmental and company-wide processes.
