    We are looking for a Production Pastry Sous Chef to join this exciting high-end patisserie catering supply business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company at the forefront of the market, working within a vibrant, passionate and talented team.

    A great opportunity to work with and learn from Senior Chefs and owners with Michelin and fine-dining backgrounds, bringing that finesse to the pre-produced petitite gateux and plated dessert market.

    This role does not involve bread or viennoiserie production

    Production Pastry Sous Chef role:

    • £40k contracted to 48 hours but may a bit of flexibility is needed. Not generally including evenings or weekends.
    • Mon to Fri large-scale fine patisserie production role.
    • A chance to work with a company that prides itself on having a good culture.

    Requirements of the right Production Pastry Sous Chef:

    • Will have experience in bulk pastry production.
    • Fine dining pastry skills like finessed decoration and chocolate work are a big plus
    • Have longevity in previous roles.
