SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT - TO START ASAP

EXETER -

8.30AM TO 3.30PM

£70 to £80 PER DAY

Would you like to work at a wonderful SEN school where pupils suffer from high level anxiety and are unable to access mainstream schools? Have you got what it takes to help to provide a stimulating and challenging environment?
We are looking for experienced Teaching assistants/Care workers or individuals with family experience of SEN.

A good understanding and patience with SEN is the way to break down those barriers and ensure they are getting the best learning experience possible.

If this is your ethos, then you could be right for us.

You need to be caring, empathic, respectful, friendly but firm and can motivate and inspire young minds.

You need to interact with these young people to help give them a stimulating environment to make the best of their ability.

It would be your responsibility to empower them to achieve independence for their future lives.

These young people need a sense of belonging and hope, so it would be your place to help them to express themselves in the right way.
