Medical Consultant Psychiatrist - United Kingdom - The Priory

We are seeking a full time Consultant Psychiatrist to cover 17 beds in our Acute service. Role will be working with male and female patients.

You will fulfil the role of Responsible Clinician to patients supervising the process of referral and admission, including contribution to the pre-admission assessments of adults of working age.

Medical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, Speciality Doctors, Registered Medical Officer and Aston University Medical Students.

Lakeside View also has strong links with other surrounding Priory Hospitals within the region, providing the opportunity to network with other Consultants from different specialisms and service lines.

You must hold a CCST/CCT or equivalent in the relevant areas of psychiatry
Have experience of working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties.
You will have experience at Consultant level within the NHS, including the ability to conduct training.
You will continue to hold a registration with the GMC including being on the special register for Psychiatry.
