A leading company within the ecommerce industry in the Crewe area are looking for a Webchat Sales Advisor. At KPI, we are dedicated to matching top-tier talent with the most exciting opportunities in the digital marketplace.
Previous sales or lead generation experience, whether face to face or over the phone
Interacting professionally with potential customers via webchat, phone and email to discover their business/personal needs and develop a positive relationship
Experience of using CRM systems to capture notes and feedback from all customer interactions
Scheduling call backs for customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators.
Working together with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to support colleagues and share best practices.
