The Business Administrator is vital to the success of The Bridge (East Midlands), due to their daily responsibilities of effective administrative support being key to the functioning of the organisation.

As a member of the Business and Development Team, the post holder plays a key part within the ongoing development of the organisation.

The Business Administrator simultaneously supports the day to day running of the organisation.

Alongside prioritising workload, the post holder will possess the ability to problem solve and work on their own initiative, through taking a pragmatic, solution
- focused approach to all aspects of their workload. This will include duties such as maintaining our administration systems, providing secretariat support, and supporting with event management.


The Business Administrator will be required to liaise with a broad range of people, particularly in relation to professional event management for in-house events and provide support to the Fundraising and Communications Team.
