What are the day to day duties for the Graduate Commercial Engineer & Project Manager?
Develop skills in Ultrafiltration Cloud Design Tools, process review, and project management.
Lead Product ITR opportunities from technical solution development stage to project completion.
Drive profitable growth while balancing risk across the entire Veolia Products portfolio in EMEA, with a focus on Submerged Ultrafiltration (SUF).
Collaborate closely with all teams involved in the sales cycle, including Product Management, Sales, and Service.Focus on key metrics such as hit rate, on-time proposals submittal, meeting operational plan for orders and margin, and execution targets on budget and within schedule.
The role will have two streams:
Core (50%): Own SUF Product water treatment opportunities across EMEA from inquiry to completion. Lead P&S transversal projects incorporating SUF and other technologies, developing solutions and proposals. Support other areas of the business with standard product support.
Projects (50%): Participate in the Graduate program and P&S Continual improvement themed projects aimed at improving customer experience, standardization of products, and business operations.
Qualifications
Degree in science or similar field
Ability to work independently and to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland region to meet the teams and customers
Willingness to travel through Europe and wider area for tailored Graduate Workshops and Networking
