You can expect to be involved with the following, but not limited to:
Day to day management of 20+ experienced professionalsTeam appraisalsBusiness development of new and existing relationships, spanning many sectors within the Build EnvironmentStrategic leadershipContinuous growth of the team and wider businessP&L deliveryProviding technical advice to the team and clientsTraining and development of junior members of the teamAPC support (it would be advantageous to be an APC assessor)

In return:
