    Full-Time, PermanentBCL Legal is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a well-respected and established law firm based in Essex.

    This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team in a supportive environment, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, estate administration, probate applications, Trusts and advising on IHT.
    • Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
    • Participating in business development activities to help grow the firm's private client practice.

    Requirements:

    • Newly Qualified Solicitor with a keen interest in private client law.
    • Strong academic background with relevant legal qualifications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
