- Successfully and efficiently onboard clients to their portal and finance systems.
- Provide first line support for their technology users.
- Work with the Product Development team for more complex client enquiries and issues.
- Pro-actively chase clients to input and refresh their data.
- Audit client data submissions.
- Undertake large data entry and data analysis tasks.
- Assist Technical Managers with scientific research and carbon emissions data collection and analysis.
- Work with the Technical Managers to provide actionable insights to help clients decarbonise their operations, products and supply chains.
- Prepare customer facing documents.
- Present findings to customers and internal colleagues.
- Carry out day-to-day activities using Company systems and technology and follow best practice.
- Experience in a SAAS product environment is highly desirable.
- Have a passion for sustainability in your professional and personal life.
- Understand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.
- Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues, external suppliers and clients to facilitate the smooth running of projects and escalate potential issues/resolutions to the appropriate manager.
- Be organised and structured.
- Work at pace, whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
- Communicate information, ideas, plans, requests, and opinions clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders through a range of channels.
- Organise and prioritise your own work to accomplish tasks and meet objectives efficiently.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills with a natural ability to ask questions and listen.
- Have excellent planning, execution, and reporting skills with the ability to work on own initiative and be always flexible to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Have good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Illuminate is working closely with an accredited Carbon Disclosure Project Partner to recruit a Sustainability Analyst or Technical Executive to join their growing team. They provide services and technology to report on the progress to Net-Zero. By linking advice, granularity and data automation, their clients are empowered to de-carbonise more quickly, whether through the lens of operations, products, or supply chains. They provide businesses with end-to-end insight to measure, reduce and disclose their scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
