Publishing Operations Lead - London, United Kingdom - Think Selection

A popular magazine dedicated to children's news has asked Think Selection to find a Publishing Operations Lead to join their London-based team on a 9 month maternity cover contract starting in late May.

This is a full-time role where you'll be based from the company's offices a minimum of 3 days per week.

Your role will include:
Collaboration with third-party team customer service team to ensure compliance with processes and policies.
Share customer insights with marketing and app development for enhanced experience.
Aid in objection handling, refunds, and resolving delivery issues.
Assist in responding to escalated queries and streamline processes.
Oversee key supplier relationships and address performance issues.
Manage projects, strategy changes, and production costs.
Monitor and analyse supplier rate increases.
Coordinate promotions and pricing with distributors.
Source suppliers, manage pricing, and create schedules.
Handle subscriber gift fulfilment and special editions quotes.
Provide support documentation and HR admin assistance.
Coordinate contracts and IT support.
Assist marketing teams in promotions' terms and conditions.
